Got a new cosplay coming...not saying what it is yet, but look for pictures to be posted when I get it! Any guesses as to which character it is? If you're one of the people who knows, you don't get to guess :p
This happened a while ago, but I am officially a facebook celebrity now! Except not. *hangs head*

If you like what you see here, you can look me up on facebook under Crystal Shadows Cosplay :)

You can also give my group's page a like: Fantasy Cosplay Productions :)

NDK is weeks away...and surprisingly, I'm not panicking yet! Yay! Everything I need to get done is almost done, so that's exciting. I have my Aqua cosplay and it looks fabulous, and I can't wait to post pics when the boots are done and the wig is styled! I got some flats for my Sailor Neptune cosplay (heels and cons don't mix lol) and I got those painted today, along with my phone...oops. Cream has been done for a while. My Keyblade is almost done as well. YAY PROGRESS!

Can't wait to see all your lovely faces this year!
    Prologue
The full moon dangled in the starless sky, it’s light shining on the ground in front of me, barely showing me the path to take. I took in a shallow breath, then began to walk to…something. I could not tell if I was heading for solace, or if every step I took was leading me to doom. I reached into the pocket of my skirt and brushed the surface of my transformation wand with my shaking hand. At least I knew I would have some defense if things got bad. No matter what happened, I had to keep going. I had to find her.

As I walked on, I soon found myself surrounded by trees. The winter weather had left them without their leaves, making the scene before me reminiscent of something in a horror movie. I heard rustling behind me, so I quickly turned to see if I could tell what was there.
“Hello?” I called, my voice shaking. The trees rustled again, and a dark figure emerged from them. I would have panicked, had I not seen the blonde buns and long pigtails protruding from the stranger’s head. I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw my friend and future queen, Usagi, standing before me.

“What are you doing out here, Michiru?” she asked, her eyes filled with worry. I hesitated for a moment, wondering if I should tell her what was going on.

“How did you know I was here?” I asked.

“I sort of followed you” Usagi explained sheepishly. “I was heading home from Mamo-chan’s when I saw you coming this way. You looked worried about something, so I just wanted to make sure you were okay.” I smiled softly at her, and brushed my bangs from my face.

“You’re sweet, Usagi. I appreciate that. I’ll be alright, I just…” My voice trailed off, and I glanced at the ground.

“Is there anything I can help with?” Usagi asked.

“No, there isn’t” a sinister voice answered, cutting through the darkness like a knife. “You have no business here. Get out!” I turned towards the direction of the voice, but couldn’t see anything just yet.

“You’d better get out of here, Usagi. I don’t want you to get hurt” I said, turning back towards her.

“Why, Michiru? What’s going on?” Usagi asked, sounding terrified. “I won’t leave until you tell me what’s going on” she said firmly.

“There’s no time to explain!” I yelled. You’ve got to get out of here! Now! Don’t worry abut me!” Usagi hesitantly turned and ran out of the trees, and I turned to face my foe once again. This time, she emerged from the darkness. I could tell immediately that it was Eugeal, one of the Witches 5. She slinked out from the trees, a smirk plastered on her face.

“So, you decided to show up?” she snarled. “I thought you’d be too chicken.” I glared at her, ignoring her jeering.

“Where is she?!” I screamed.”

“You didn’t really think it would be that easy, did you?” Eugeal cackled. “I’m not giving her back until you hand over that mirror!” I was determined to get out of here alive, with Haruka, and without having to give up my greatest source of power.

“If you think you’re getting your way, you couldn’t be more wrong” I said as I pulled out my transformation wand and thrust it into the air.

“Neptune Planet Power, Make Up!” I stood before Eugeal now as Sailor Neptune, the Soldier of the Sea. Every ounce of fear that had been inside me was gone now, and I felt confident that I would be leaving this forest, but that Eugeal would not.

“I’ll save you, Haruka, if it’s the last thing I do." I thought to myself as my power surged within me. With everything I had, I struck Eugeal.

“Neptune Deep Submerge!” I cried, hurling my tidal wave at her. She flew back and hit a tree, then crumpled to the ground. It took her a few moments to get back up, and when she did, she seemed to still be struggling.

“You’re stronger than I thought, especially since your partner isn’t here to help you” Eugeal taunted between pained breaths.

“When it comes to the people I love, I’ll do anything to protect them” I said, my eyes shining with determination. “Now, tell me where you’re keeping her!”

“Never” Eugeal hissed. “You haven’t seen the last of me…I’ll be back.”

“I’ll be waiting” I said cheekily as Eugeal disappeared into the night. Once she had gone, I leaned against a tree and slowly lowered myself to the ground, burying my face in my knees and taking in the silence around me. I began praying to God that I would find Haruka, and that we would defeat Eugeal and restore peace to this planet once again. I didn’t know what she wanted with my other half, but I knew that it was anything but good.
I've been writing a lot lately...or, well, I think I am. My stories tend to write themselves, which is weird, but I'm going with it. One of them is totally ADD...as in, it keeps switching POV. I'm so confused...*headdesk*

Anyway...if you feel like reading fluffy cute Sailor Moon fanfiction, check them out and leave me comments!!

I originally started this as a NaNoWriMo challenge a few years ago. This story is the sequel to another one that I no longer have...So here's what I did. I wrote a synopsis of the last story, so that anyone who reads this one wouldn't be lost. If you read it, I hope you like it. Also, I apologize for any grammatical errors...I haven't done much editing on it. lol

Synopsis of "There Was Always You":

David Cook was used to things the way they were. He would get up at the same time every morning, have the same bagel and coffee, go to the same job, taking the same road…Little did he know, one unexpected moment in one day would change everything.
Kallie Jameson was the “poster child” of how teenage girls should be. She was quiet, respectful and loved by all who knew her. She had a tendency to blend into her surroundings, but when it came to her dreams, nothing could stand in her way.
Or so she thought.
All it took was one day, one misstep, one moment, and nothing would ever be the same. After Kallie becomes the victim of a hit and run, she ends up in the hospital in a medically induced coma. David somehow finds himself drawn to her, and sits by her bedside every day, never really knowing why. After several visits, David meets Kallie’s mother, Lisa, and her sister Sarah. They become close friends, and David is presented with yet another unexpected change. Kallie’s family begins to tell him about her, and David finds himself slowly falling for a girl he didn’t even know.
As the days come and go, David experiences more strange happenings, including a spiritual visit from Kallie’s deceased father, Michael. After this, David realizes they’re destined to be together. He finds out that Kallie’s dream is to become a world famous fashion designer, and this makes him realize his own dream: he wants to play music for a living. David quits his current job and starts working towards this, doing it mostly for Kallie. If she can’t achieve her dream, he wants to do it for her in his own way.
After a year, everyone slowly starts to lose hope, wondering if Kallie will ever wake up. David is sitting next to Kallie, talking to her as he did everyday, and when he places his hand on hers, she miraculously wakes up.
Now, the story continues…what adventures will David and Kallie face?
1. It can turn the most introverted people into extroverts.

2. It's an easy way to get a little ego boost (and quite often a large one).

3. It doesn't matter what you look like...if you want to cosplay a character, DO IT. Uniqueness is awesome.

4. Having your picture taken isn't that scary.

5. Sometimes, accuracy can be sacrificed for comfort. (No heels at cons...ever again.)

6. Bobby pins are your friend. Have lots of them.

7. Safety pins are your friend too.

8. If you are the only person cosplaying a specific character at a con (or one of few) you WILL be swarmed. And people will probably cry. A lot.

9. Certain cosplays attract creepers.

That's all I can think of for now...add your own in the comments :)
Yay!! I finally got off my lazy butt and made a page here! Once my hubby and I actually get our computer hooked up, I can add stuff to it so you'll have stuff to look at!! I *am* actually already on here...you can see my pretty face on the FantasyCosplayPro page (and my friends too!) If you're wondering which one I am, I'm the one cosplaying Vanille (being glomped by Vic Mignogna...be jealous!), and I've also done Princess Neptune, Madame Red, Liz from Soul Eater, an OC from Harry Potter,, and Super Sailor Neptune! Future cosplays include: squadron kingdom hearts and cream from sonic the hedgehog :)

Well...now that I've talked your ear off... (or typed, whatever) I must sleep...whatever that is. :)
